Philip Tompkins

Dr. Phil Tompkins is national expert in personal leadership development. Phil has trained and spoken to thousands of individuals on the topics of leadership development, team cohesion, organizational climate, positive psychology, strength development, and conflict mediation. Phil not only speaks about leadership development, but also practices it every day. Serving as a Vice President and Dean of Students at two different universities, he has lead teams across multiple divisions and departments. In addition, Dr. Tompkins and his life partner Dora have also owned 5 different retail, real estate, and ecommerce businesses. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology, a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, and earned his doctorate degree from UCLA.
